We do not ask for payment card details on this website.

- To review, confirm and carry out your order.
- To contact you about your order, including on WhatsApp.
- To send you updates on your order and your evidence, privately on WhatsApp.
- To keep basic records of our orders and payments.
- To protect our website from misuse, for example by limiting repeated requests.

Who can see it
Only KhayaalSe staff who need it to carry out your order. Evidence is shared only with you, privately on WhatsApp. We use trusted service providers to host our website, database and files. When you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy also applies.

How long we keep it
