These terms apply when you request a service from KhayaalSe (“KhayaalSe”, “we”, “us”), based in Lahore, Pakistan. By sending an order request, you agree to them.
1. Our services
We carry out grave-care and Niyaz services in Lahore on behalf of our customers. Services are performed according to your instructions and the package you choose. We describe dua and Niyaz as services carried out as you request; we make no promises about religious or spiritual outcomes.
2. Order requests and confirmation
- Sending an order request through our website or WhatsApp does not create a confirmed booking.
- An order is confirmed only when we have agreed the details, date and price with you and told you it is confirmed.
- We may decline a request, for example if we cannot access a graveyard or the requested date is not possible.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Prices marked as indicative are confirmed with you before your order is confirmed. The price agreed at confirmation is the price you pay. Any extra work is agreed with you first.
4. Payment
We do not currently take card payments online. Payment instructions are shared with you directly. Where we have agreed with you that payment is due after completion, payment is due after the service is completed and evidence has been shared with you.
5. Information you give us
Please make sure the details you provide, such as the graveyard, grave location and distribution location, are accurate. If a grave cannot be identified with reasonable confidence, we will contact you before carrying out any work.
6. Evidence
We provide photographs, and video where your package includes it, of the completed work, shared with you privately on WhatsApp. Conditions at a site, such as weather, lighting or graveyard rules, may affect what can be recorded.
7. Cancellations and refunds

8. Circumstances beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, public holidays, security situations, graveyard closures or restrictions. We will keep you informed and agree a new date with you.
9. Liability
We carry out every service with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
